2026 MDBA Competitions

** Spaces Limited: Victory Pairs - 3rd & 4th Division Players - Competition Update **

Due to the popularity of the Victory Pairs competition, we have put a cap of 48 players on the number of entrants this year.

 

This means we only have 5 places left.

 

As a reminder, this competition is only for bowlers whose team grading is in the Third or Fourth divisions, helping bowlers from lower divisions to compete on an even playing field.

 

Please contact Chris Watkins on 07951 550196 if you want to play in the competition next Sunday, 26th July, at South Park.  We will publish the draw Thursday evening or before if we reach the cap.

If on the day we have any no shows, the organiser will be able to offer re-entry to anyone who has lost in a prelim game on a luck of the draw basis.  However, if we have over 48 entrants any reserves we have will take precedence.

The cost to enter is £5.00 per person and the competition will start at 9.30am.

South Park will be providing refreshments on the day including sandwiches, salad, cake and drinks.

2026 MDBA Competitions

Hi all, and welcome to another upcoming season of bowling!

We have booked the venues for our 2026 season competitions. These are as follows:

 

26th April    -    Hayman Singles                  @ Coronation BC, Congleton.

31st May    -    Stan Mason LOD pair.         @  Packhorse, Macclesfield 

28th June   -   Maureen Bennett Singles     @ The Railway, Congleton 

26th July    -    Victory Pairs LOD                @ South Park BC (3rd & 4th divisions only)

13th September    -    Neckwear Singles     @ Wilmslow Cons

All competitions will start at 9,30am - and cost £5.00 per person entrants fee.  Refreshments to buy will be provided by the hosting club.
